General Requirements / Details

  • Candidates must be a “U.S. person” as defined by ITAR (22 CFR 120.62) or otherwise eligible for authorized access.

  • All work is on-site in North Bend, WA.

  • Competitive candidates will have skill mastery and high personal drive to learn and grow in the fields of welding, machining, manufacturing.

  • Start within ~3 weeks preferred

Open Positions:

  • Build Engineer

    • 5+ years hands-on project management engineering experience in multi-faceted build environment

    • Own build planning, internal drawing/CAD updates, and cross-trade coordination to hit schedule/quality.

    • Fluent in drawing interpretation and CAD generation

    • Strong hands-on experience in one (or more) of the following skill sets: Machining, Welding, Jig design, or Assembly

    • Excellent communication and decision making skills, comfortable in fast-paced environment

    • Strong desire to learn and grow skills

    • $80-$125 / hr (depending on experience)

  • Aerospace Welder

    • 10+ years experience delivering highly inspected manual or mechanized GTAW components

    • $80-$125 / hr (depending on experience)

  • Precision Fabricator

    • 5+ years hands-on experience in precision metal or woodworking

    • Familiar and safe with common power tools

    • Strong desire to learn and grow skills in aerospace metalworking

    • $50-$80 / hr (depending on experience)

  • NDT Level II

    • Certified NDT Level II in RT (Radiography) and PT (Fluorescent Penetrant); familiar with AWS D17.1

    • Job function will be approximately 50% inspection, 50% metalworking

    • Strong desire to learn and grow skills in aerospace metalworking

    • $70-$100 / hr (depending on experience)

  • Manual Machinist (Part Time)

    • 20+ years experience manual machining.

    • Strong mastery of Mill and Lathe work

    • Experienced in equipment sourcing/selection, install, setup, troubleshooting/repair, process coaching

    • $70-$100 / hr (depending on experience)
